Requirements
The Artisan Bar, Grill & Garden in the picturesque town of Tring, Hertfordshire, is looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly Bookings & Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for hospitality, love interacting with people, and enjoy the thrill of event planning, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate bookings, including reservations, private dining, and special requests.
Assist in planning and executing events, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations, ensuring each event is memorable and runs smoothly.
Be the first point of contact for our guests' inquiries, providing exceptional customer service that reflects The Artisan's values.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure all details are communicated effectively and all guest needs are met.
Assist in marketing and promoting events to maximize attendance and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support our events calendar.
Experience in hospitality or events is preferred but not essential.
